Buddy is just over a year-old male Chihuahua. He is 12-13 lbs., tri-colored and very affectionate. Loves to be held and snuggled the more the better. He is high energy and needs to have time to run and toys for stimulation. He likes people, slowly. He will bark at someone new and go to his human, but gets curious and warms up quickly. He will sleep in a kennel at night, but much prefers to sleep beside his people under the covers or on your pillow. He is puppy pad trained and will happily go outside, but needs encouragement to stay out long enough to do his business.  He loves chewing toys and is very food motivated, so training is quick. He is very smart and thrives on praise and affection.
